My morning detox home-made infusion

1 to 4 cloves of garlic, chopped in order to release allicin
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
500ml filtered water
A ginger root, peeled and grated
Several sprigs of rosemary
1 tsp. dried peppermint, or a small handful of fresh thyme
1 tsp. dried thyme, or a small handful of fresh thyme
To make the detox infusion bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add all the ingredients, cover the container, and leave it to rest for a few hours.
You can add some brown sugar but be aware, it tastes like grandma’s socks and you can do little about it! If you really can’t drink it, try to add more water.
Don’t worry, though. The benefits of this drink will be so remarkable that you will soon forget how bad it tastes!
